Thank you for visiting our site, as a chef of over 20 years working in a brick and mortar I have decided to start a new chapter in my career and go mobile. Working mobile allows me to expand my customer base and experience new areas. As a chef I've spent my working career eating and documenting my travels, I want to share some of my favorite cuisines on my food truck. We will post our full menu on this page and on our social media page, a portion of those items will be picked according to our stops. I hope create unity through food where we can all relax and become taste buds.
