Appetizers

Wings - Fresh Jumbo wings tossed and lightly dusted with Shokai seasoning and fried. Not Gluten Friendly.

Mix of Drums and Flats only.

6 Wings per order. Choice of 1 sauce per order.

4pc Wing Basket w/ Truffle Fries. Choice of 1 Wing Sauce.

Shokai Mild - sweet, savory, rich with a hint of spice.

Shokai Hot - sweet, savory, rich and spicy.

Korean BBQ - fusion of savory, sweet, and umami rich tastes with hints of star anise and cinnamon.

Garlic Parmesan - shokai dry rub seasoning and tossed in butter and parmesan cheese.

Baton Rouge Buffalo - classic buffalo with Louisiana hot sauce and cajun spices.

Side of Fries - $6.50. Side of Truffle Fries - $8.50. Any sides of house made sauces are $2 ea.

Entrees

We are unable to remove ingredients from menu items.

Mahi Mahi Sandwich - Fried Mahi Mahi w/ mango salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, zesty aioli on hoagie bread. Served with truffle fries.

Shrimp Po' Boy- Fried or Grilled Shrimp with lettuce, tomatoes, tangy remoulade sauce on hoagie bread. Served with truffle fries.

Pork Tonkatsu - slaw with katsu sauce on a brioche bun served with truffle fries.

Vegetarian Sandwich - Paneer, cauliflower, zucchini and sun dried tomato sauce. Served with Truffle Fries.

Kids menu

Truffle fries are not available with kids menu.

Chicken Nuggets w/ fries $9 or Vegetarian Nuggets w/ fries $12

Sauces available for nuggets or fries - Ketchup. All other house made sauces are of charge.

GF - Gluten Free.

This is a small space and made in the same area as Gluten products, can be at risk of cross contamination.

Vegan - We do not have true vegan dishes. Our vegetarian dishes are made in the same area and cooking equipment as fish and meat.
