*# of chopsticks, if needed. Exact count.

*soy sauce, if needed. 

*ginger or wasabi, if needed. Need extra let us know, there is a charge for extra. 

*Paying Cash, Card or  Venmo. Save 4% by paying cash.

(We do not accept Checks, EBT cards or Gift Cards . All Shokai Burlington Gift Cards expired Fall of 2021. Shokai Fairfield is different ownership.)

-We'll confirm back with a pick up time. 

If you are needing a certain time, go ahead and state it in the message. We'll let you know if its available. 

• You don't text. Go ahead and call us. Leave a message with your Name & Number that you would like to place an order. We'll give you a call back to get your order. 

• Please do not leave orders on our voicemail. 

• No orders via social media or email.

We respond to messages after 9am to 7:59pm weekdays. 

We may not get to the messages right away when we are at locations or days we are closed. We will always confirm back with time. Make sure all information is included in your order.
